The staff spoke English and were very friendly and helpful where possible. The Wifi was free in the lounge, there was a balcony and kitchen, hot water did not run out.

Didn't know the limitations of a residence vs. A hotel and missed the amenities of a hotel but it was fine - since I was there for longer than a week - the lack of someone cleaning was not a plus.

At night, the car was hit in the parking lot inside the hotel complex. I made a complaint about this effect to the reception and we received no response. Because this incident occurred within a controlled area the hotel is fully responsible for that, including material damage recovery.

We liked the difference that the hotel had to provide. This is a typical getaway hotel for French people. I think that it is also booked by the month. Young people run it and are welcome to help you. Price was great so we couldnt have many complaints. Stayed there for two nights for a big tour to Cannes, Nice, Eze, and Monaco... If you have a car and a gps it is fine fot touring the surrounding areas! Food at the restaurant was a pleasant surprise.

The cleansiness was a problem.. The room hadnt been used for a while and the bathroom had a smell (avoid room 705). Because of the price we didnt complaint, anyway my wife made it spotless and disinfected in minutes. English is also a problem but we got by ok due to my poor French.

we lived in appartement with the kitchen,it was very good equipped,also personnel was very nice,helpful.we appreciate the silence at night,although there were concerts from time to time,but rooms are sound isolated.

sometimes it was difficult to find free parking place,but on the other hand,it was for free,so I will not mention it as a great disadvantage.parking is available also in the street.

The number of parking places is not enough. The design of the kitchen is not good; plug for coffee machine, for instance, is at the other side of the sink and not very suitable for usage. Using the sink for long time makes back pain.

It takes too much time to give back deposit (300 euro). We left it on 24 June, but have not received it yet.

Didn't like the fact that there was no shampoo or soap provided, and the towels had a weird smell, like vinegar, even though they were clean and in plastic bags.

Could have been a bit cleaner.. also should have provided some nmore basics for the stay ( like washing up liquid !!)

Beware, this is not an hotel. It's an apartment and there are no cleaning services, as well as, you have to make the bed yourself.

It is well designed.

The room # 425 was terribly dirty. It was full of dust, insects and mosquitos. Some of the kitchen material was missing. The place was difficult to find especially at nights. Although I' ve informed the receptionist on the dust and dirtiness nobody came to clean the room.
